Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned grooming products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
